Information for Youth

The REBOUND program is a fully confidential program in which youth come together to learn and practice useful everyday cognitive skills. These skills such as communication, decision making, goal setting and teamwork to start can help in all areas of life. These skills are learnt in a fun, safe and nonjudgemental environment that can benefit youth at home, in school, with peers and families, and with making the larger important decisions that youth face on their way through adolescents.

REBOUND is offered in a fun comfortable environment in which all youth can learn and practice these skills while learning to make positive connections and working with others within the community or their school.

REBOUND uses many resources in order to learn and practice these skills in the form of group discussions both large and small, guest speakers, hands on activities, videos, and more.

REBOUND asks for participants to be able to commit to certain roles while in the program, such as:

  • Have good attendance and be committed to attending REBOUND. If a participant has 2 missed sessions for unexplained reasons they will not graduate. Please inform staff if you can not make it to a session
  • Come to REBOUND with an open mind, and ready to participate
  • Be committed to achieving your goals that you set in program
  • And follow other REBOUND rules
