The Youth Diversion Program is a Canadian registered charitable organization. Donations received by the Program are directed to support services in our prevention and early intervention programs. Administration costs are NOT funded through donation revenues.

SERVICES AND PROGRAMS
MENTORING
Mentor volunteers work 1:1 to help youth to achieve goals established for the relationship. The purpose of mentoring is to help overcome the challenges of adolescence.
YOUTH OUTREACH
A prevention and intervention program that supports at-risk youth better navigate and connect with services and pro-social opportunities in their communities.
SNAP PROGRAM
Students who have been suspended or expelled from school receive academic and non-academic programming to assist reintegration to the learning environment.
Rebound Program
Rebound is a ten week structured program in a fun environment designed to provide youth with the skills necessary to overcome the challenges of adolescence.
KAIROS
A counselling service which specializes in outreach treatment for youth who are experiencing any level of substance abuse, personally or with a family member.
INTERSECTION
Intersections is an early intervention program for youth who are at-risk of becoming justice-involved and provides supports to their families as needed.
YOUTH JUSTICE
Our Youth Justice Programs can be used to support youth who are aged 12 to 17 at the time of their offence who have been charged with a low risk offence.
MEND
(Mediating by Empowering using Nurturing Dialogue) approach is a restorative practice that focuses on relationship building within LDSB school communities.
