REBOUND is operated by the Youth Diversion Program, a charitable organization (10822 8172 RP0001) in operation in the Kingston area since 1974. REBOUND was developed in Sarnia in 1984 and is a very successful community supported (no government funding) program. In 1996, the Youth Diversion Program brought REBOUND to Kingston.
- REBOUND is a ten week program where youth learn important life skills.
