YOUTH SUBSTANCE USE AND MISUSE
This workshop aims to provide information regarding the trends in youth substance use and misuse including the opioids crisis and initiatives within the community.
This includes exploring harm reduction and how service providers are implementing this framework. Presenters are community providers working on the front lines who will provide relevant information exploring these topics and answering your questions.

YOGA, STRESS MANAGEMENT & STRATEGIES FOR OVERCOMING OVERWHELM
This workshop will include an open dialogue about how stress affects our bodies and our thinking, the mental health continuum, and some tried and true, evidence-based, stress-busting techniques.
